About The Captain

Captain Mark is a life long resident of the Jersey shore. He began his boating career in 1973 as a mate aboard a charter boat in Point Pleasant and is now a USCG Master Captain with a 50 ton license. The Captain considers himself fortunate to run his own charter boat since fishing is his passion. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and love of fishing with his customers whether they are first timers or experienced anglers.

He has great pride in providing a good day at sea. His main objectives are bending poles, putting fish in the box and having fun, ending with a successful day of fishing and fun.

Primary 1st Mate: Doug Whitney

Doug has been hooked on fishing since he was 7 years old. Having the opportunity to fish along side his Dad and his Uncle who charters out of the Florida Keys whom he gained valuable knowledge from.

He is currently a college student who has been working on the Erin Elizabeth for the last 5 years. Doug's passion is catching trophy fish and he enjoys fishing with young anglers. Doug works to make each trip a memorable one and successful.
